This appeal involves a dispute over the right to manufacture and sell a computer video game — “Hi-Lo Double Up Joker Poker.” Essentially, the plaintiff claims that the defendants infringed the plaintiff’s copyright in the game by copying the computer program controlling the machinations of the video characters and by copying the audiovisual aspects of the game.
