STATEMENT OF THE CASE
Defendant-appellant Die & Mold, Inc. (Die & Mold) appeals an adverse judgment rendered in the Jackson County Court in favor of plaintiff-appellee Paul Western (Western) for vacation pay.
We affirm.
STATEMENT OF THE FACTS
The facts in support of the findings of fact and conclusions of law are as follows: Western was employed by Die & Mold on April 18, 1967, and worked continuously as a polisher until February 27, 1981, upon which date he was discharged because of the closing of the department.
