The plaintiffs have moved to compel the defendant Société Air France to produce documents that the defendant has withheld on the ground that their production is prohibited by French law. The documents in question consist of five boxes of Air France documents that the Department of Justice (“DOJ”) obtained in the course of its criminal ■ antitrust investigation into the same activities that form the basis of the civil antitrust claims in this action.
