In this action, Plaintiff Lantheus Medical Imaging, Inc. (“Lantheus”) seeks declaratory relief and money damages arising from Defendant Zurich American Insurance Company’s (“Zurich”) alleged breach of its contractual obligation to indemnify Lantheus for financial loss *772arising from the extended shutdown of a Canadian nuclear reactor that supplied a raw material used by Lantheus in manufacturing radiopharmaceutical products.
