Two separate appeals were prosecuted to this court on behalf of opponents to the final account of the administratrix of the Succession of Salvatore A. Galiano, from a judgment rejecting their claims. Ephraim A. Ciaccio, Jr., who claims $900 for services rendered decedent as a nurse, and Leon A. Galiano and Louis Anthony Danflous, Jr., co-executors of the Succession of Joseph Galiano and Leon A.
