This is an appeal from a judgment sustaining a peremptory exception raising the objection of prescription in favor of Stephen Jules Daigle, Jr.’s daughter, Sharon Daigle Temple, and Daigle’s grandchildren, Misty Daigle Reynolds and Bruce Daigle, II.
