POOS, District Judge.

This is a suit brought by plaintiff, Titus G. LeClair, against the defendant, Shell Oil Company, for patent infringement by user. The complaint alleges that defendant, Shell Oil Company, is a corporation of the State of Delaware, and has a place of business in Wood River, Madison County, State of Illinois. The plaintiff charges the infringement of two patents issued to him by the patent office, and the prayer is for a preliminary and final injunction against further infringements by defendant and those controlled by defendant, an accounting for profits and damages, and an…
