MEMORANDUM AND ORDER ON DEFENDANTS’ MOTIONS TO DISMISS AND DEFENDANT BADGER’S MOTION FOR CHANGE OF VENUE

ROBSON, District Judge.

This is a personal injury action based on diversity of citizenship. It is before the court on defendants’ motions to dismiss and defendant Badger’s motion for a change of venue. For the reasons stated below, the respective motions are denied.
