I. INTRODUCTION
Plaintiff, Premier Comp Solutions, LLC ("Premier" or "Plaintiff"), initiated this action by filing a seven (7) count Amended Complaint against Defendants, UPMC ("UPMC"), UPMC Benefit Management Services, Inc.
