Plaintiffs-appellees Barbara and Julian Rogers (“the Rogerses”), filed the instant maritime action seeking exoneration from liability, or, alternatively, limitation of liability, pursuant to 46 U.S.CApp. § 183, for any claims arising out of the drowning death of Robert C. Lilly in Lake Erie. Defendant-appellant Diane A.
