In this case, Plaintiff Jennifer Easter brings claims under the Family and Medical Leave Act (“FMLA”), 29 U.S.C. § 2611 et seq., the American with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. § 1210Í, et seq., and the Tennessee Disability Act (“TDA”), Tenn.Code Ann. § 8-50-103, against her former employer, Asurion Insurance Services, Inc.
