Mason, J.:
Charles Minnick appeals from a conviction on the charge of knowingly receiving certain clothing stolen from J. A. Miller.
There was evidence tending to show these facts: The clothing was stolen, with a quantity of other goods, from Miller’s store at Red Oak on the night of September 24, 1921. On the afternoon of October 14, 1921, & party of officers went to the defendant’s home to look for some tobacco that had been stolen from the store of J. B.
