The Court has before it the Motion to Compel Arbitration and to Dismiss or Stay Litigation, filed by the defendant, Pacific Employers Insurance Company. Upon consideration of the Motion and the supporting exhibits, the Opposition of Craig R. Jalbert, the Liquidating Supervisor, the Reply thereto, and oral argument, the Motion -will be granted.
