This action was commenced by defendants in error against plaintiff in error in the superior court of Creek county, Okla. Cause was later transferred to the district court of Creek county, Oírla.

This action on the part of the plaintiffs was to recover on an insurance policy issued by defendant to Ed Glass on certain property located in Sapulpa. Okla. J S.
