GBONEB, Associate Justice.

Appellant is the widow of Angus A. Powell, who died in Washington City May 13, *7671929. Her husband had been employed by Edward W. Minie Company, Inc., as an interior decorator and painter, and, while so employed, on October 9, 1928, a scaffold on which he was standing collapsed, as a result of which he sustained a fracture of the bone of his leg. He was taken to- the hospital, were he remained for 67 days. While there he was examined, and no other injuries found except a bruised hip. On December 15,1928, he was discharged from the hospital as recovered.
