COLEMAN, District Judge.

This is a suit for alleged breach of contract and is before the Court on defendant’s motion to dismiss the action and to quash return o'f service of summons on the ground (1) of improper venue, namely, that the defendant is a Tennessee corporation and not subject to service of process within the State and District of Maryland; and (2) on the ground of lack of jurisdiction, namely, that the defendant is not now and has not at any time, been doing business within the State and District of Maryland.
