On December 15, 1992, the register of wills of Monroe County issued letters of administration to Thomas R Moore for the estate of his father Thomas E. Moore who died on July 18, 1992. The application for letters identified a surviving spouse and two sisters, in addition to the administrator, as the persons entitled to share in the proceeds of the estate.
