BERREY, Judge.

Theresa Nylon appeals pro se from the circuit court’s denial of her petition for declaratory judgment. Appellant challenges the denial claiming that the application of the minimum prison term provisions under § 558.019.21 to her convictions violated due process in that her sentences were retroactively enhanced. More specifically, appellant contends that § 558.019.2 should not have been applied because at least one of the offenses was committed before the statute became effective.
