Appellant, David L. McDermott, appeals, pro se, from the denial of his request for declaratory relief concerning the execution of his criminal sentence entered pursuant to a guilty plea in St. Louis County. The ease is before this Court on transfer from the Court of Appeals, Western District. We affirm the judgment of the trial court. 1
