In an action to Recover damages for frajid practiced upon him by tl).e defendants, the plaintiff prevailed, and the defendants appeal. The petition upon which the case was tried alleged these facts: Plaintiff for a number of years had been a customer of the German-American State Bank; for twenty years he and its president, Mueller, had been close personal friends, and plaintiff had confidence in Mueller’s business judgment and honesty.
