Prior to 1902, M. D. Ozias, now deceased, was the owner of the land in question, known as the Buckmaster farm, consisting of 280 acres. He owned other farms and other property, his possessions in all being, according to his own estimate, worth $105,000. His wife was then living, and he had seven adult children: three sons, John L., Charles E., and Edward H., and four daughters.
