This is a suit in equity. The plaintiffs Avere George W. Conlee, Amos A. Conlee, Laura Naylor, Nora Huett, Mary Woodside, Nancy Elvira Bullard, and George W. Conlee and Amos A. Conlee as administrators of the estate of Reuben C. Conlee, deceased, and the defendant was Robert E. Conlee.
