The Supreme Court remanded this case to the Court of Appeals for consideration as on leave granted. 448 Mich 913 (1995). Thus, plaintiff appeals *496as on leave granted the order of the Worker’s Compensation Appellate Commission modifying the magistrate’s award of disability compensation benefits. We affirm.
