MEMORANDUM OF DECISION ON DEFENDANTS' MOTION TO STRIKE
The defendants have filed a motion to strike a claim made against them as owner and permittee under the Dram Shop Act. Suit has been brought by the estate as the plaintiff died in an accident which forms the basis for this suit. The claim in the motion to strike is that the notice sent to the defendants, as required by the act, was not only inadequate but misleading.
