¶1 Snohomish County passed an ordinance amending the comprehensive plan to change the designation and zoning of 110.5 acres of land to urban and general commercial. The petitioners here requested the Central Puget Sound Growth Management Hearings Board (Board) review the county ordinance to determine if the decision was consistent with the requirements of the Growth Management Act (GMA), chapter 36.70ARCW.
