INTRODUCTION

Melissa Sanford appeals the decision of the district court for Lancaster County entering judgment in favor of Clear Channel Broadcasting, Inc. (Clear Channel), with regard to the commissions allegedly due her pursuant to the Nebraska Wage Payment and Collection Act.
