KAROHL, Judge.

Defendant, William Motley, appeals a guilty verdict and sentence for the class B felony attempted manufacture or production of methamphetamine in violation of section 195.211 RSMo Cum.Supp.1996. He argues trial court instructional error and insufficien cy of evidence to support the verdict. We remand for resentencing as a class C felony because that is the charge submitted in the verdict directing instruction.
