ULRICH, Judge.

Gregory Morrow appeals his convictions for the class D felony of possession of ephedrine with the intent to manufacture methamphetamine, section 195.246, RSMo Cum.Supp.1998, and the class C felony of attempt to manufacture methamphetamine, section 564.011, RSMo 1994, and sentences as a prior and persistent offender to concurrent terms of ten and fifteen years imprisonment, respectively.
