This diversity action relates to Centrifugal Acquisition Corporation, Inc.’s (“CAC”) purchase of the assets (including trade secrets) of Centrifugal Casting, LLC n/k/a Moon Investments LLC (“Centrifugal LLC”). CAC alleges, in pertinent part, that defendants Adrian Moon, Belinda L.
