Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Rose Rubin J.), rendered January 31, 1991, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of two counts of attempted robbery in the first degree, attempted robbery in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the second and third degrees and sentencing him, as a persistent predicate felon, to three concurrent terms of 15 years to life to run concurrently with two terms of 8 years to life, unanimously affirmed.
