Plaintiff Clark Brothers Sales Company, a manufacturers” sales representative in the automotive aftermarket, commenced this suit on March 30, 1999, in Oakland County Circuit Court, State of Michigan, asserting a variety of claims arising from the failure of Defendants Dana Corporation and McQuay-Norris, Inc., to pay commissions allegedly owed to Plaintiff for sales completed after the parties had terminated their agency agreement.
