MEMORANDUM DECISION DENYING THE MOTION OF CITIBANK (SOUTH DAKOTA), N.A. FOR DEFAULT JUDGMENT

Before the Court is the motion for default judgment (the “Motion”) of Citibank (South Dakota), N.A. (“Citibank”), in the above-captioned adversary proceeding (the “Adversary Proceeding”).
