Before the Court is the motion for default judgment (the “Motion”) of Fleet Credit Card Services, L.P. (“Fleet”) in the above-captioned adversary proceeding (the “Adversary Proceeding”). Fleet filed a complaint (the “Complaint”) commencing this Adversary Proceeding against the debtor, Rodrigo A. Macias (the “Defendant”), on April 26, 2004.
