Plaintiff, former wife of defend-

ant, by a default judgment of divorce was awarded custody and support of the couple’s minor children. During 1966 defendant fell behind in his support payments in the amount of $475. Plaintiff requested the assistance of the friend of the court to collect this arrearage and, on December 5, 1966, at plaintiff’s instance, the friend of the court petitioned the circuit court to require defendant to appear and show cause why he should not be held in contempt for his delinquencies.
