The parties to this proceeding were *201divorced by a decree of the Kalamazoo circuit court, in chancery, September 11, 1913. They had been married about 15 years and had 2 children, Carlos then aged 13, and Ardice then aged 10 years. When they started their married life they had but little of this world’s goods but at the time of the divorce through their combined efforts had accumulated about $10,000 or $12,000 in property.
