This is a certiorari proceeding brought by Jack D. Schulze, claimant for benefits under the Arizona Workmen’s Compensation Act, against the Arizona Industrial Commission (herein called “Commission”), and Arizona Silica Sand Company, in whose employ petitioner claims to have been injured.
