The question presented for decision is whether the circuit court erred in applying our comparative negligence law, HRS § 66S-31, as it read on May 2, 1975 when Wesley Wai Leong Wong was struck and fatally injured by a school bus owned by Defendant Hawaiian Scenic Tours, Ltd.
