MEMORANDUM OPINION

Plaintiff, proceeding pro se, has filed suit in this Court based on events that occurred in a lawsuit in Maryland, which resulted in his settlement with the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) for $130,000. Invoking diversity jurisdiction, plaintiff sues WMATA and WMATA attorneys. Brendan H. Chan-donnet, and Kathleen Carey.
