This is an action of tort for damages brought by reason of a collision between a tractor-trailer dump truck, owned by the defendant and operated by one Philip Marshia, its employee, and a motor vehicle owned and operated by the plaintiff. Jury trial in the Washington County Court resulted in verdict and judgment for the plaintiff.
