This is a petition under G. L. c. 185 for registration of title to a tract of land (the locus) in the town of Belmont. The respondent Manzelli objected to the registration as prayed for unless it was subject to a right of way extending from the respondent’s adjoining land to Pleasant Street in Belmont.
