Plaintiff Gary Hart moved for partial summary judgment on his state law claim under the Louisiana Wage Payment Act.1 Sunbelt moved for summary judgment on all of Hart’s claims.2 For the following reasons, the Court grants Sunbelt’s mo- tion for summary judgment in part and Hart’s motion for summary judg- ment in part.
