This is an appeal from the denial of a petition for a writ of habeas corpus. Our inquiry is limited to three questions: (1) Did the superior court find the plaintiff, Robert A. Bonser, to be in indirect civil contempt or in indirect criminal contempt? (2) Does the plaintiff have standing in this appeal to raise his claims for a jury trial and to challenge the pertinent zoning regulations of the town of Nottingham?
