This is an appeal from a judgment of the District Court of Williams County, affirming an order of the Public Service Commission of the State of North Dakota granting an application of W. N. Ditsworth for a special certificate of public convenience and necessity authorizing the transportation of passengers and their baggage in groups not to exceed six passengers per trip between Williston, North Dakota, and points and places not to exceed twenty miles in each direction from Williston.
