This is á suit in equity brought in the circuit court of St. Louis county by the appellant, Alice T. Allaben, widow of Glenn. Shelbourne, deceased, who is hereinafter called “Glenn”, against his mother, Ella Thomas Shelbourne; his sister, Doris Lee Herbel; and the latter’s husband, Clinton K. Herbel; all defendants-.respondents.
