OPINION
CHANDLER, Chancellor.
This is an action seeking to enforce the terms of non-competition covenants that defendant allegedly agreed to in connection with the sale of his employer to plaintiffs. Plaintiffs moved for an order expediting proceedings, and defendant responded by moving to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction. Plaintiffs have failed to meet their burden of showing that there is a statutory basis for personal jurisdiction over the defendant in Delaware or that the defendant consented to personal jurisdiction in this State.
