We will refer to the appellants herein in the singular, i.e., Grace Baptist Church. On appeal, appellant contends that a zoning ordinance of the City of Oxford is unconstitutional on its face and as applied. Specifically, appellant contends that an ordinance requiring off-street paved parking violates the due process and equal protection clauses of the federal and state constitutions. The Court of Appeals ruled on the facial validity of the ordinance but declined to rule on appellant’s claim of selective enforcement of the ordinance. We affirm the Court of Appeals holding that…
