T1 Plaintiff/Appellant, Brandye Luetkem-eyer, appeals from the trial court's order awarding costs but denying attorney fees to Plaintiff following her successful breach of contract action against Defendant/Appellee, James E. Magnusson, D.0. (Doctor). For the reasons set forth below, we affirm in part, reverse in part and remand the trial court's order for entry of a reasonable attorney fee award.
