COLEMAN, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from a take nothing judgment entered in a suit seeking damages by reason of personal injuries suffered in an accident. The judgment is based on a jury verdict finding the minor plaintiff contribu-torily negligent. It will be affirmed.

By an amended petition J. 0. Dartez, the father of Richard Dartez, sued Southside Place Park Association, Inc., the owner of a swimming pool, alleging that Richard Dar-tez suffered injury while swimming in the Association’s pool, and that certain acts of negligence on the part of the Park Association were proximate causes…
