B. F. James, hereinafter called the plaintiff, brought suit against the Central of Georgia Railway Company, hereinafter called the defendant, for the homicide of his minor child, alleged to be two years, ten months, and twenty days old, which he alleges was negligently killed by one of the defendant’s railway trains.
