EAGLES, Judge.
Defendants appeal from the trial court’s 20 March 1992 judgment ordering the dissolution and liquidation of defendant corporation under G.S. 55-14-30(2). Defendants’ ten assignments of error can be grouped into four main contentions. Defendants contend that: (1) grounds for dissolution under G.S. 55-14-30 do not exist here; (2) if grounds for dissolution exist under G.S. 55-14-30, the trial court abused its discretion in ordering the dissolution of defendant corporation; (3) the trial court erred in refusing to allow defendant corporation to exercise its mandatory buy-out rights…
